On 17th December 2015, Saint Petersburg will be hosting the 2nd International Forum in the framework of the Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture (NDPC) ‘CULTURE AS A FACTOR OF GROWTH’
Forum is organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The event will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, the North-West Federal regions of Russia, experts in the field of creative industries and cultural tourism of the Northern Dimension.
2016 is the year of the Russian Federation Presidency of the NDPC, which is an important inter-regional platform for international and interregional cooperation in the field of culture among the “Northern Dimension” Member States. The main objective of the NDPC is mutually beneficial cooperation of the participating countries in the economic and social spheres to achieve sustainable development in Northern Europe.
