European Neighbourhood Instrument Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes

European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI) Programming period 2014-2020 will continue European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) with the financing support for the EU’s external actions with its southern and eastern neighbours. The goals are built for the possibilities to improve common interests of developing laws, democracy, human rights and social cohesion.

Three programmes have now launched their first Calls for Proposals.

Kolarctic CBC 1st Call for Proposals will open on 23 January and close on 15 March 2017.

South-East Finland – Russia CBC  Calls for Proposals will open on 30 January 2017 and will close for the evaluation and decision-making process for the first round on 15.3.2017 and for the second round on 30.6.2017.

Karelia CBC Calls for Proposals will be opened on January 16th and on March 2nd 2017. In January a Call for Proposal for regular projects in the priority Attractive cultural environment and calls for proposals for micro projects in the priorities Growing cross-border business cooperation and Clean and comfortable region to live will be opened. The micro calls will be open until March 23rd and the regular call until March 31st. In March Calls for Proposals for regular projects in the priorities Growing cross-border business cooperation and Clean and comfortable region to live will be opened. The calls will be closed on May 11th.
