New publication compiles materials from the “Healthier People: Management of Change through Monitoring and Action” international project, which was aimed at reducing incidences of early mortality due to preventable causes among the population. The compilation is produced for public, municipal and non-governmental organization professionals from various sectors such as social protection, health, youth policy, and education; as well as for volunteer movement leaders and individuals involved in issues of human capital and demographic policy.
“Healthier People: Management of Change through Monitoring and Action” project was implemented from February 2012 – January 2014.
The project was supported by the European Union “Non-State Actors and Local Authorities Programme”, and brought together partners and stakeholders from Finland, Estonia and Russia.
