III International Belomorskiy Students Forum, November 23-24, 2015, Arkhangelsk

The Northern Arctic Federal University (NArFU, Arkhangelsk, Russia) is pleased to announce that on November 23-24, 2015 NArFU is hosting the III International Belomorskiy Students Forum. This year the event will be organized as a part of Barents Bird Cultural Festival and the Forum International Session will be dedicated to the issues of enhancing international cooperation of young people with a special focus on the Barents Euro-Arctic Region, disseminating success stories of the Barents youth cooperation and planning future joint initiatives.

The event is financially supported and co-organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, Arkhangelsk Region Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Norwegian Barents Secretariat, BEAC Joint Working Group on Education and Research and Joint Working Group on Youth.

The Forum will unite the young leaders and students from universities and colleges of all over Russia and Barents area, representatives from students associations and societies, invited key-speakers and trainers, public authorities, mass media and other organizations (totally over 300 people).

The programme of the Forum International Session offers a great variety of discussion arenas, workshops, master-classes, cultural events that young people from Barents Region are welcome to participate (see the draft International Session Programme attached).

The Forum invites the students/young people from your universities, colleges and municipalities to participate in the International Session of the III International Belomorskiy Students Forum.

Costs: the participation in all the Forum events and sessions including the educational exhibition is free of charge. Non-Russian students from Norway, Finland and Sweden are also provided for free with accommodation, meals, airport/in-city transfers. Travel costs to/from Arkhangelsk are at the expense of home institutions.
