The non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other civil society actors in the Barents region are invited to fill in the questionnaire at the website of the Barents Euro-Arctic Council (www.beac.st) regarding their cross-border project financing. The answers will contribute to gathering information concerning the financial needs, the existing financing sources and the possible financing gaps in cross-border cooperation of NGOs and other civil society actors in the Barents region. The website will be open until 20 January 2015.
The study is a part of the Finnish Barents Euro-Arctic Council (BEAC) chairmanship (2013-2015) activities. The study will be completed in the autumn 2015.
