The Managing Authority of the South-East Finland – Russia CBC 2014-2020 Programme invites organisations and individuals interested on cross-border cooperation programme and its financing opportunities to the open information seminars held in the programme core regions. The events are organized in Mikkeli, Kotka and Lappeenranta in Finland and St. Petersburg in Russia during November-December 2016.
